How To Repair Cozmo's Lift

Possible arm trouble

Nosotros got my son Cozmo for his birthday today and he loves it, although I take noticed when we try to get Cozmo to lift a cube he can't do it. Information technology's similar in that location is a problem with his lifting mechanism? Is this a thing? Or does Cozmo learn to lift every bit role of the app?

I've had this aforementioned problem occur with 2 Cozmo units now. About to return the second one. My sons Cozmo was working fine to begin with and then suddenly the arms wouldn't raise up and when manually moved clicked really bad. Had a replacement and a month later it's doing information technology again. Information technology hasn't be dropped or manually forced it only stopped working again. I would contact Anki or the retailer yous purchased from and ask for a replacement.

I had this yesterday. It was a very easy fix. I took a slotted screwdriver, popped of the arms twisted stuff a bit (for better mojo) and put the arms back up again and information technology works fine again. I didn't repair anything, just arms off, arms on - that's information technology. I don't know what came loose, simply popping the arms off an on once more fixes it. AND Most IMPORTANTLY: Don't drop him and don't allow him elevator anything heavier than 1 CUBE.

I took a slotted screwdriver, popped of the artillery twisted stuff a bit (for ameliorate mojo) and put the arms back up over again and it works fine again. I didn't repair anything, just arms off, arms on - that's it. I don't know what came loose, but popping the arms off an on again fixes it. AND Well-nigh IMPORTANTLY: Don't drop him and don't let him lift annihilation heavier than 1 CUBE.
